Isaiah Nunez is one of the hardest working sales reps that I have worked with. There are very few times that he doesn’t answer his phone, and if he doesn’t he is calling me back very quickly. He knows his products and how they fit into the market. He keeps me competitive against the competition.

I have a lot of experience working with different vendors and vendor representatives. Working with NU-HVAC has been seamless. Part of what is important to doing business is keeping it simple. Isaiah has done that for the Goodman Houston team. Whether it is as simple as communicating quickly and effectively, being customer centric, taking the initiative at every turn or constantly adding value to my team and sales here in Houston, we have always felt supported by NU-HVAC.

Isaiah has been my best vendor rep since I moved to San Antonio a little over four years ago. He answers his phone almost every time I call, but ALWAYS calls back if he is unavailable. I never have to remind him of what he is working on for me. Instead he sends updates of ongoing progress throughout the process. He is very professional yet not too uptight so as to be unrelatable to my contractors. My customers love the level of commitment and follow through that Isaiah exhibits while representing his products.

Isaiah’s upbeat personality is refreshing and his persistence is unmatched. He always puts the customer first. Isaiah answers questions immediately and communicates very well which is critical in the HVAC industry. We look forward to continue to grow with Isaiah and Nuhvac.

Since Jason has taken the reins on my account, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with him. He has always been quick to answer any question and address any issue that comes up. He has brought several new products to my attention, been instrumental in the setup process of accounts, and understanding in the account we had to pass on. Jason is extremely helpful and on top of all requests, if there is something he is not sure of, he asks the manufacturer and gets me an answer same day, most of the time. If it’s not the same day, he is letting me know that he’s reached out and will follow up tomorrow morning. I know he is new to the industry, but he is doing a fantastic job! He has handled all requests very professionally; he knows when we can joke around and when we need to get business handled! I think he is doing amazing!

Jason is an extremely engaging and a friendly face to work with, throughout our time working together with Jason, he has always been attentive and quick to respond with an answer. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and his enthusiasm to learn about the industry and his customers is contagious and shows in every aspect of his work. It has been great to work with Jason so far, and we look forward to having a long successful partnership together.

It has been a very refreshing experience working with Jason as our rep for Nu-HVAC. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Ron has done a great job as our Rep. Ron is always available and willing to assist. We just brought on the PDM Copper line, and he was instrumental in making it our new copper line. Ron has been introducing us to other opportunities as well.
